Submit a Proposal

Proposals are due by February 1st for programs with academic away program offerings in the following calendar year (for example, February 1st, 2027, for programs that travel between January and December of 2028).

To help develop your program, feel free to browse our Faculty-Led Procedures. We'd also recommend that you contact your department head and college dean as soon as you begin thinking about developing a program. Once you submit a proposal, one of our advisors will review the program and provide you with feedback.
